The 1000 Dunam Complex in Rishon Le’Zion

The 1000 Dunam Complex is one of the largest employment and residential complexes in the country. It includes buildings intended for employment and commerce in the scope of over 1.7 billion square meters and apartment buildings consisting of nearly 6,000 housing units. The complex is located adjacent to the Ayalon Highways and the Moshe Dayan Interchange. Future place it in line with several public transportation lines such as the Red, Green, and Brown lines of the city’s light rail system and the train station located at the Moshe Dayan Interchange. Our firm designed the entire array of roads and streets in the complex and its surroundings, from the aspects of traffic and roadway planning. These plans were developed for the Rishon Le’Zion Development Company and the municipality.
